Pressure washing service

Deck & Fence Washing

Controlled cleaning for wood and composite that lifts the grey without raising the grain.

Wood takes the least pressure of anything on a property. Cedar, pine, and pressure-treated boards all get a cleaner first, then a controlled rinse that follows the grain, because a wand held too close leaves fuzzy raised fibers that no stain will hide afterward. Composite decking cleans up the same way with a milder solution.

A deck that has gone grey and slick usually has a thin layer of growth on it, and that film is what makes the boards slippery in spring. We clean railings, spindles, stair treads, and the fence line, then let the wood dry properly. If you plan to stain or seal after the wash, mention it when we quote so we can time the work to give the boards the days they need.
