Siding rarely needs pressure. It needs the right cleaner and enough dwell time. We soft wash vinyl, aluminum, and painted wood at a pressure closer to a garden hose, let the solution break down the green film and pollen that settle on a shaded wall, then rinse from the top down so nothing streaks as it dries.
High pressure is what drives water up under lap siding and behind J-channel, and that is the damage nobody sees until a wall starts to smell musty. Call when the north side of the house has gone grey-green, when webbing collects under the eaves, or before you put the place on the market. We cover outlets and light fixtures, wet down the beds first, and rinse them again once the last section is finished.
